210 Central Park South
There are a couple of buildings that have views of the City and Park but the 210 Central Park South’s view is the most spectacular. The building which was developed by Bernard Spitzer, is twenty-three floors tall and virtually displays a north wall of all windows. Erected as a condominium in 1966, the units feature angled glass balconies that give the facade of a multi faceted appearance which makes the structure stand out among its neighbors with proportional design themes. This building is unique; a breath of fresh air. It also has an incredible location and gorgeous views of Central Park as well surrounding Manhattans best.
